Still the Pain

For The Woman Who Gave Everything—And Was Left Shattered

This isn’t emotional advice.
It’s energetic healing.
And it changes everything.

Are you a woman with a big heart who gave your love, your energy, your loyalty—only to be left behind, replaced, or ignored?

Still the Pain was born in the depths of real grief—two breakups and a mid-term miscarriage that left me undone. Nothing helped. Until one night, in desperation, I dropped to my knees in prayer... and what I found was not just comfort, but a frequency.

That frequency became a method.
A way to heal—not by thinking differently, but by feeling differently. Not by trying to let go, but by learning to tune in.

From the Author

Hi, I’m Shelle Crow.
I wrote this book for the woman I was—curled on the floor, breathless with grief, still checking his social media even though I knew it was hurting me.

This method changed everything.
And it will for you too.

You don’t need years of healing.
You don’t need a new man or partner.
You don’t even need to have it all together.

You just need to shift the frequency you’re holding and reconnect to the truth already inside you. The energetic frequency of wholeness, love, and peace.

This heartbreak isn’t the end.
It’s your turning point.

This was a very informative guide on healing. Still Stuck in the Pain of Heartbreak? Crow offers a genuine and heartfelt narrative, drawing from her own challenges. This personal touch makes her insights not only relatable but also comforting for those in similar situations.

One of the standout features of the book is "The Method of Stillness" – a unique meditation technique that Crow developed through her own healing journey. This is not just theoretical advice; it’s a practical tool that empowers readers to actively participate in their healing. Instead of telling readers to simply "move on," Crow equips them with a structured method to process their pain, rewire negative thought patterns, and ultimately attract healthier relationships.

The book promises to help readers:

Release the emotional burden of heartbreak and reclaim their peace.
Rewire their subconscious minds to draw in lasting love.
Break free from repetitive cycles that lead to emotional distress.
Master a guided meditation technique that effectively heals emotional wounds by shifting internal energy.

Shelle Crow's rapid transformation from someone grappling with heartbreak to a bestselling author and meditation guide is inspiring. Her journey serves as a powerful reminder of the potential for personal growth and renewal. If you are ready to let go of past pain and take charge of your emotional well-being, this book is a valuable companion on your path to healing.

I love how vulnerably Shelle dives into her life experiences that were relatable to my own. It takes a lot of courage to open oneself up like that to connect with a reader. I believe that the stories and key concepts Shelle shared are foundational to reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we feel we’ve lost in times of grief. This is a great resource for anyone who is experiencing loss or needing to understand how to pick themselves up and move forward with their life again. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to heal, re-connect, or just figure out why they continue to be stuck in the same patterns. Why do caring, loving females attract men that are unavailable or unable to create healthy relationships? Why did/do I? This book really helped me understand myself better. The men weren’t the problem, the problem was that I was attracted to these types of men. It’s always been either they are the problem, or I am the problem. This book gave me another perspective, another way of thinking. I am so grateful for that. I am not the problem, and there is a solution. This book is short, easy to read, and it gets to the point. I like the way its set-up. It switches back and forth between personal stories and the concepts she is teaching. This helped me stay interested and focused. Shelle is funny, vulnerable, honest, and dead serious when necessary. She shares some of the worst parts of her & I respect her and relate to that. Even though my situations and relationships were different, I could relate to everything she shared. She explains the concepts of meditation, and frequency in a way that everyone can understand. After reading this book, I feel like I have a plan, and a way forward. She also offers lots of free tutorials and guides on her website. If you are interested in changing your reality this book is a great start. I am excited to start implementing meditation into my life. Thank you Shelle! This book was the jumpstart I needed. I am looking forward to my future again. Many thanks & blessings. <3

In "Still the Pain", Shelle offers a deeply personal account of her struggles with unhealthy relationships and the heart break associated with them while candidly sharing her moments of vulnerability and triumph. The book delves into her journey of self-discovery, through the heart break of troubled relationships, while emphasizing how she faced her emotional challenges head-on. Shelle’s reflections are both poignant and empowering, culminating in practical exercises she has discovered through her on-going self discovery. Shelle encapsulates her transformative experience with the powerful realization: "for the first time, I knew I could do this without a partner. I didn't need someone to step in and rescue me, someone to make life happy and beautiful... Now I know that I have what it takes. I'm the only one that can rescue me." "Still the Pain" is not only a memoir but can be seen as a resource for anyone seeking to find their own path to healing and independence from unhealthy relationships.
