About Shelle
"I am humbled and enlivened by the opportunity to share my journey with you. This is the most rewarding work I’ve ever encountered. I believe life doesn’t have to be a struggle for love, connection, or fulfillment. When we root into the soul, connect to our loving God-Self, and align with the purpose of our existence, we allow that truth to express through our physical body and into reality."
~Shelle Crow

Shelle Crow is an author, meditation guide, and relationship mentor devoted to helping women heal from heartbreak and reclaim the power of living from inner alignment. Her work gently guides women back into connection with Source, Self, and others—turning emotional pain into soul-led clarity, and heartbreak into the foundation of something far more powerful.
She is the creator of The Method of Stillness, a transformative meditation practice that helps individuals quiet the emotional noise and return to the calm wisdom of the soul. This method forms the core of her teachings, offering a grounded path for spiritual and emotional healing that is both mystical and practical.
Her own journey—from the depths of heartbreak to embodied joy—has shaped the way she teaches and leads. Through years of personal transformation, energy medicine, and frequency work, Shelle has developed tools that help women stop chasing love, start cultivating self-worth, and create relationships rooted in authenticity and soul resonance.
She is the author of four transformational books:
-
Still the Pain: A Practical Spiritual Guide for Women Healing After HeartbreakÂ
-
The Soulmate FrequencyÂ
-
Communicating with Men: What Your Mother Should Have Taught You But Didn't Know Either
-
The Relationship Integration Trilogy: A Companion Guide to Still the Pain, The Soulmate Frequency, and Communicating with Men
She also offers a powerful 30-day healing immersion Journey to Healing: Channeled and Guided by Mary Magdalene—a sacred course for women ready to move through heartbreak, release self-abandonment, and step fully into joy, worthiness, and wholeness.
Beyond her work as a teacher and guide, Shelle is a mother of two and lives in St. George, Utah. Her children are woven into the heartbeat of everything she creates.
“I choose to be both a mother and a woman in business. To birth a company as I birthed my young. To grow and empower myself in the financial world, and to share that journey with my children—especially my daughter, Ella—so they know they always have choice, and the power to bring their ideas and desires to life.”
Shelle travels for speaking engagements across the U.S. and abroad, continuing to share books, courses, and content that help women remember who they truly are—and empower them to build lives anchored in truth, aligned with freedom, and inspired by love.
