Limiting Beliefs are subconscious beliefs about ourselves that inform us as to how much love, happiness, positive experiences, wealth, peace and joy we are allowed to have. They are like a worthiness barometer, constantly filtering out positive feelings and experiences based on what we subconsciously believe we are worthy of receiving.
When we have reached our limit or cap, we begin to start rejecting the overflow, or self-sabotaging, to realign the amount of good in our lives with what we subconsciously feel we are worthy to receive.
Examples of common LB’s are:
- I’m Not Enough/Too Much
- I’m Not Worthy
- I’m Unlovable
- I’m Broken or Defective
- I’m Powerless
- I’m a Failure
